  1. Sign up with your name and mobile number
  2. Request your temporary PINCODE
  3. Create your own personalized PINCODE
  4. Login with your Phone Number + personalized PINCODE

What if I Didn’t Receive a Text or My Text Got Deleted?

If you did miss a text, we can always make things right! These things can happen from time to time, check your phone’s spam folder first, and if it’s not there we will do our best to make your experience what it should be.

How Does True North Nation VIP Work?

Our Toke’Ns accumulate per “visit.” Each time you visit us in-store, you collect Toke’Ns to either be converted to cash or to use towards the nation’s exclusive events and giveaways.
You can convert toke’Ns from the comfort of your own home, once converted please bring your device to a TNCC retail location during business hours.

When Will I Receive My Toke’ns?

Your Toke’Ns are automatically updated and credited to your account. You’ll be able to view them in your wallet app within 24 hours of your most recent trip!

What Happens if I Exchange/Return a Purchase?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on cannabis items. Please see TNCC’s return policy.

NOTE:  We do not accept returns or exchanges from points converted to cash purchases.

How Do I Redeem My Toke’ns?

You can redeem your Toke’Ns at any TNCC location. Once you start collecting Toke’Ns:

  1. Log into your True North Wallet via the methods above
  2. Select the reward you want to redeem
  3. A pop-up will appear. Review the content in the pop-up and if you are ready to redeem, click “PROCEED TO OFFER” to redeem your order at any participating True North location.

NOTE: Do not click PROCEED TO OFFER until you are in store ready to proceed with a Budtender who can facilitate your transaction.

Where Can I Redeem My Toke’ns?

NOTE: You can place orders online, but you can only redeem Toke’Ns in-store.
