You agree that any dispute is to be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the City of Edmonton, Province of Alberta, Canada.
TNCC may discontinue at any time, without notice, the Website, Service, Content, materials, products and/or other services described on the Website or the availability thereof TNCC also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate these Terms and your access to all or part of the Website and/or Service with or without notice to you.
