Who We Are

True North Cannabis Co. was founded in 2020, with the goal of being Ontario’s biggest cannabis store and retail chain. Our mission is to provide our clientele with high-end cannabis products and accessories at reasonable prices.

After two years of being open, we have established and opened 48+ stores in small towns across Ontario, with 10 more coming in the next few months. The convenience that we offer is paired with the expertise that our staff and budtenders give to our clients. How to Apply

To be considered for the position of BudTender, you must have the following requirements:

  • A valid Cansell Cannabis Retail Certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Availability for shift work any time between 9:00 am to 11:30 pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Basic skills in math, and proficiency as a cashier
  • Extensive knowledge of cannabis products and accessories
  • A personal connection to the community is an asset
