Ready to lock in the best deal around town? Before you submit a price match request, here are a few simple ground rules to make sure you score an awesome deal with us.

• Applicable to cannabis products ONLY.
• Your selected item must have an identical match in our store.
• The item must be sold by a licensed cannabis retailer. 
• The price you're asking us to beat has to be up-to-date and valid.
• The competitor store must be located in the same city as the TNCC store you're shopping at.

We price match our competitors' regular-priced items, sale items and membership pricing according to location, product availability, and whether they’re a legit dispensary.

Price Matching Process 

Step 1: Request a Price Match 

Found a better deal elsewhere? Don’t cash out just yet! Submit a price match request to the nearest TNCC dispensary before you make a purchase. We don’t do post-sale adjustments and we only process price match requests in-store.

Step 2: Price Match Verification 

Upon request, we'll verify the competitor's price against our price matching criteria. You'll need to show us an ad, a screenshot, or a website link to the better price you've found.  

Step 3: Price Adjustment

Once we confirm you've found a better deal, your price gets an instant adjustment at the point of purchase. We can also offer you an even sweeter discount, or hook you up with some store credit. Whatever you choose, you’ll end up saving more while enjoying quality kush. Win-win!

Exclusions and Limitations 

Just a heads up! Your local TNCC dispensary gets the last say on price matches. From the final price to the items you can price match, it will be left up to the discretion of our experienced staff. 

But don't worry, we’ve only excluded a few items from our price matching policy:

• Items purchased that later decreased in price.
• Double discounts, bundle offers, rebates, coupons, and mail-in offers.
• Prices that require a minimum quality purchase or price errors.
• Products sold by third-party sellers.

Which competitors do you price match against?

We price match against any legal, brick-and-mortar cannabis retailers in the same city as the TNCC location you are in.

Can I price match my online purchases?

Price matching is available in-store only. However, we don’t offer “rain checks” on out-of-stock items. Instead, we recommend comparable alternatives based on size, CBD, THC levels, species, and strain.

Do you offer price matching for all products?

Are online prices eligible for price matching?

Yes, online prices from legal, brick-and-mortar retailers in the same city are eligible for price matching.
